Job Summary
Complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and a hazard-free environment. Perform repairs including painting, basic carpentry, wall repair, plumbing, and electrical work. Execute turnovers by cleaning apartments as directed and complete work orders in a timely, accurate manner. Clean up after work is finished. Take direction from the supervisor, read and follow instructions, and maintain a professional personal appearance. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
- Take direction from the supervisor.
- Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions.
- Flexible to change work plans.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Desired Qualifications
