Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for hands-on maintenance of automated and manual plant production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; perform troubleshooting, alignment, and servicing of motors, pumps, sensors, and control systems; provide basic PLC programming for Omron, Mitsubishi, and Automation Direct; support operators, review work orders, and contribute to equipment projects from concept through commissioning; collaborate with welders, assembly, and service contractors; emphasize safety, reliability, and availability of critical production equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Formal training in mechanical systems, electronic systems and controls, PLC programming/troubleshooting, electric power and electrical motors
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (required)
