Job Summary
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to keep production running efficiently. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed while documenting all activities and repairs. Assist with maintaining production machinery and facility equipment, working closely with production staff to minimize downtime. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while prioritizing tasks independently. This 1st shift role (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in Norton, OH, offers weekly pay at $25.00 per hour or B.O.E, with overtime available during emergencies. Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems
- Previous industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around production equipment throughout the shift

Desired Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Basic 480-volt electrical knowledge preferred
- Hydraulic system experience is a plus
- Extrusion line experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
