Job Summary
Perform varied maintenance duties to ensure continuous production facility operation, including reading equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot plant and mobile equipment problems. Execute advanced mechanical skills such as welding, cutting, lubrication, and millwright work to repair power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Lead major repair projects, develop preventive maintenance programs, and train others in job duties while promoting a positive safety culture. Actively participate in sustainable improvement processes like 5S, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance.
