Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I role performing machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machines under supervision. Responsibilities include observing mechanical/electrical devices, diagnosing problems with precision instruments, removing defective parts, verifying dimensional changes, adjusting devices, maintaining inventories, generating maintenance reports, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. Requires basic mechanical/electrical knowledge, proficiency with hand/tools, ability to read manuals and specifications, willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, and collaboration within maintenance teams. Prioritizes safety and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license
