Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to support Midtown's facilities team by maintaining a safe, clean, and functional club environment for members and staff. Responsibilities include identifying and troubleshooting facility and fitness equipment issues, performing regular upkeep and preventative maintenance, and maintaining knowledge of facilities operations. The role requires hands-on repair capabilities across roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, with the preferred certification of a pool operator. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in facilities maintenance
- Working knowledge of roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and/or painting
- Functional knowledge of preventative maintenance programs for facilities and plant equipment
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility and equipment related issues
- Self-directed with little supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
