Job Summary
This role serves as a maintenance technician responsible for department leadership, daily workflow assistance, quality control, equipment repairs, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting machine issues, performing preventative maintenance, overseeing repairs on production machinery and facilities, and providing technical assistance. The position requires a strong safety awareness, flexibility in scheduling, and proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics. An Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
