Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for midnight shift at Sanders Chocolate Factory in Clinton Township, MI. Responsibilities include maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and packaging machinery, conveyors, boilers, and refrigeration systems; conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability; respond to emergency breakdowns; enforce safety protocols including lockout/tagout; collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure SQF, quality, and food safety compliance; maintain records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment performance; assist in equipment installation, modifications, and continuous improvement projects; adhere to FDA, SQF, and OSHA safety policies and GMP; maintain a clean and safe work area; perform related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
