Maintenance Technician

Maintain and repair the hotel's building, grounds, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure uninterrupted daily operations. Diagnose and fix issues in heating, cooling, and domestic water systems while performing preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis. Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and architectural feature installations. Inspect property for potential needs, coordinate with contractors to ensure work meets specifications, and respond to all emergencies. Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures, reporting accidents or hazards to the supervisor. Requires general experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, plus the ability to lift up to 250 pounds and work in fluctuating temperatures.
