Job Summary
Maintain equipment and facility systems through preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime; assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment; service and maintain facility systems including electrical, lighting, HVAC, and general building maintenance; service company vehicles and forklifts; monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities; keep maintenance logs, inventory, and vendor coordination for parts; support OSHA and company safety standards; handle proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials; collaborate with team and provide technical support as needed; perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and basic electrical systems
- Ability to read machine manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Experience working with industrial machinery and production equipment preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and preventative maintenance procedures
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
