Job Summary
Repair and maintain all presses and auxiliary equipment, assist with the installation of new machinery, and schedule daily emergency repairs to ensure minimal downtime. Perform duties in accordance with safety regulations while aiding shift-to-shift communication via voicemail, email, and conversation. This high-activity role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, moving freely throughout the plant, and executing repetitive reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting tasks. Candidates must possess Vo-Tech training, three to five years of printing facility experience, and proficiency in electrical wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years Vo-Tech training
- 3-5 years experience in printing facility
- Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance, machinery repair, electrical wiring, machine shop repairs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good mathematical and mechanical aptitudes
- Manual dexterity and excellent eye hand coordination
- Personal computer knowledge including Word, Excel and e-mail
