Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician role involves completing apartment turnovers efficiently, troubleshooting and repairing boilers and general maintenance issues, and maintaining organized work orders. Candidates should have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A Boiler License is preferred, and the employer will support acquiring it within 90 days of employment. Reliable transportation is required for using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement offered.
