Job Summary
Maintenance Technician - Mechanical on second shift responsible for safe, quality, and timely repair and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, CMM machines, paint booth equipment, Tomograph equipment, UT equipment, and automated sandblaster equipment. Must work well with others and independently to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key duties include emergency and routine mechanical repairs, installing/modifying process equipment to engineering specifications, diagnostics and collaboration with Production/Engineering/Quality, OSHA/NFPA compliance, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, fabrication/welding of metal parts, calibration of tools and machines, and basic robot parameter adjustments. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 10+ years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office; CNC maintenance experience and industrial lift experience are preferred. Location: Rochester, NH (US); on-site with a 3:15pm–1:15am shift and 10% shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer background
- Experience with CNC machine maintenance and alignment preferred
- Capable machining skills
- Industrial lift experience preferred
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
