Job Summary
Assist with equipment breakdowns, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery, and diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues including motors, sensors, and wiring. Learn to troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with guidance from experienced technicians to restore machines to service efficiently. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment quickly in a production environment
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
