Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities by inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, performing repairs, overhauls, and calibrations to ensure proper functioning. Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining accurate record-keeping of work orders and parts usage. Adhere to safety protocols and assist with new equipment installation. Requires associate's degree or equivalent, three years of experience, and ability to work outside regular hours or during emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined and elevated spaces
- Ability to work outside of regular hours, as necessary, and work overtime or emergency call-ins as required
