Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition and respond to resident service requests ranging from light bulb changes to minor HVAC repairs. Perform on-call emergency service as required and assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects. Maintain grounds and common areas by keeping them free of trash and debris. Requires EPA Type II or Universal certification and one year of residential maintenance experience. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Type II or Universal is REQUIRED
