Job Summary
Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition and respond to resident service requests involving light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, and appliance repairs. Perform on-call emergency service as required and assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects while keeping grounds and common areas free of debris. Maintain EPA Type II certification and apply basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills to ensure timely resolutions. This full-time role in Aurora includes 17 days of PTO, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 20% rental discount at MAXX Properties communities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Type II or Universal is REQUIRED
