Job Summary
Maintain residential properties at MAXX Properties by preparing market-ready vacant apartments, responding to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, caulking, filter changes), performing on-call emergency maintenance, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor on projects, and keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris; requires 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience and EPA Universal certification; strong team player with basic to moderate maintenance skills.
