Job Summary
Develop in-house masonry capabilities by performing skilled exterior and structural work, including brick repair, tuckpointing, and waterproofing. Turn over units and complete work orders in apartments, handling in-unit repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM across approximately 14 communities in North Tonawanda, Buffalo, Hamburg, and Lockport. This role supports Birgo's mission to improve lives through real estate by bringing contracted masonry work in-house.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Personal, reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces
- Ascend and descend ladders and staircases
- Brick repointing
- Well-rounded skill set in building maintenance
