Complete resident work orders, manage apartment turnovers, and perform snow removal while adhering to safety procedures. Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours as part of an on-call rotation. Utilize basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills to resolve repairs, utilizing your own tools and reliable transportation. Background checks and drug screening are required upon offer. This role offers a clear path to advanced accounting, operations, and property management positions within a company that owns over 45 apartment communities across Maryland and Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools
- Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
Desired Qualifications
- CFC certification preferred
- Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
