Job Summary
Complete resident work orders, manage apartment turnovers, and perform emergency on-call maintenance after hours. Execute snow removal tasks while strictly following safety procedures. Utilize basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills alongside your own tools and reliable transportation. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. This role offers $20-$28 per hour with full company-paid health care premiums for employees and up to 80% coverage for family members. Maryland Management owns and operates over 45 apartment communities across Maryland and Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools
- Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification preferred
- Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
