Maintenance Technician - Mary Seat of Wisdom - Park Ridge - Vic. II

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of building systems including fire/life safety, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems across parish facilities. Key responsibilities include performing maintenance and small repairs in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, masonry, and painting areas, overseeing outside contractors for routine maintenance, ensuring safety through regular checks, supporting snow removal efforts, and facilitating setup for parish activities. This position requires hands-on skills in various trades and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
