Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for Mary's Woods Facility Services responsible for interior and exterior repairs, maintenance of buildings and grounds, and assisting in testing fire alarm, emergency generator, HVAC, and other systems. Move appliances and furniture to assist with repairs; perform minor carpentry on interior wood products, cabinets, shelving units, and laminate flooring; perform scheduled maintenance checks of buildings and facilities; relate positively to staff, residents, and families; work as part of a team. Requires a High School Diploma and at least three years of facility maintenance experience. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. On-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience Required: Education and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a High School Diploma
- A minimum of three years experience in facility maintenance is required
