Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant unit turnovers, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances and other related duties. Must have experience in maintenance (preferably in apartment or hotel settings) and proficiency with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turnovers. HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus. On-call availability and weekend work flexibility is beneficial.
