Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed for an apartment community in Ann Arbor, MI. Responsibilities include general repairs to apartments and common areas, preparing vacant units, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances. Must have prior maintenance experience (ideally in apartments or hotels) and strong customer service and computer skills. Skills in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC are required or preferred; HVAC/EPA Universal Certification is a plus. On-call availability and weekend work is a plus. Competitive benefits (401K with match, medical/dental/vision, disability and life insurance), paid time off, holidays, and bonuses are offered. Wage range: $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience.
