Job Summary
Conduct general repairs, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, and emergency fixes for building apartments and common areas. Manage landscaping, ordering supplies, record keeping, and appliance deliveries while maintaining a clean living environment. Perform plumbing, electrical, and appliance work with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Work weekends when necessary and respond to on-call requests.
