Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances, and other related duties. Requires maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, with skills in plumbing, electrical, appliances. HVAC certification or EPA Universal Certification is a plus. Availability for on-call and weekend work is also a plus. Excellent customer service, basic computer skills, and ownership/pride in work are emphasized; benefits include 401K with match, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, holiday and service days, and advancement opportunities. Starting wage $24.00-$25.00/hr based on experience, with on-call and renewal bonuses and training programs.
Required Qualifications
