Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances. Requires prior maintenance experience (preferably in apartment or hotel settings), customer service skills, and familiarity with plumbing, electrical, appliances. HVAC certification is a plus; on-call duties and weekend availability are also a plus. Competitive benefits include 401K matching, health/dental/vision, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.
