Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in performing repairs and preventive maintenance across the property. Responsibilities include maintaining the property’s appearance, performing appliance repairs, preparing units for occupancy, and conducting maintenance of laundry rooms and pool areas if applicable. The role requires customer service skills to ensure resident satisfaction and the ability to respond to on-call emergencies. Physical demands include lifting up to 110 pounds and a strong focus on safety and alertness.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Reliable means of transportation
- Proof of personal auto liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Pool certification
- HVAC certification
- Boiler certification
