Conduct apartment maintenance at Marisol Apartments, including appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, cleaning grounds and offices, and responding to service requests and emergency calls. Manage all trades work such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Work on-call rotation with reliable transportation required. Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
- Customer service attitude

- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work on-call rotation
