Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance on multifamily properties, specializing in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool systems, drywall, and carpentry. Perform repairs and inspections while maintaining great customer service and a professional appearance. Hold a driver's license and car; EPA certification and CPO are preferred, with heat pump experience advantageous.
