Job Summary
Conduct repairs and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool systems, drywall, and carpentry for multifamily properties. Perform general upkeep tasks while ensuring professional appearance and great customer service. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills, with proficiency in one of the required areas or demonstrated aptitude. Hold a driver's license and car, with EPA certification and CPO preferred. Experience with heat pumps is a plus.
