Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on bakery, dough manufacturing equipment including conveyors and mixers. Execute building repairs and adhere to strict sanitation and safety procedures. Complete other duties as directed by supervision. Work the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday. Requires mechanical aptitude, experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or gas systems, and ability to lift 50 lbs frequently in hot or cold environments. Full-time direct hire role with competitive pay based on experience and current licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with computers
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach constantly throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to work a fluctuating schedule
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Stamina to work 40+ hours per week
- High school or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with bakery equipment, conveyors, and mixers is a plus
