Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician in manufacturing will handle repairs and maintenance across a variety of equipment, including CNC machines, while ensuring safety and efficiency. Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a maintenance role with supervisory responsibilities
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Expertise in electrical & electronic systems
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- CNC machine repair
- Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Mechanical repair and millwright tasks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented, team player with effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- AS degree or advanced technical certifications preferred
- Experience with Advanced Maintenance Management Systems (AMMS) is preferred
- Welding and test equipment experience is a plus
