Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial corrugated equipment and machinery. Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems of plant machinery; ensure preventive maintenance and equipment uptime; follow safety policies and complete online safety training monthly; read drawings and specifications to minimize waste and meet operational requirements; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requires high school diploma or GED and familiarity with electrical/mechanical systems, schematics, PLCs, motors, and industrial computing environments; strong teamwork, reliability, and safety mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience or familiarity with Electrical and Mechanical Systems is a plus
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems; working knowledge of PLCs and motors
- Comfort with computers in an industrial environment (hardware, software, network configuration)
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable; strong time management and safety focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of working in a team environment
