Maintenance Technician 维修技工

As Painter in the Engineering Department, you will be responsible for paint-related tasks including general decoration and maintenance of hotel furniture and fixtures, walls and floor coverings. Duties include painting surfaces to hotel assets, refurbishing furniture (tables, chairs, etc.), notifying defects to the B&D Supervisor, managing stock levels for tools and materials, painting signs and boards, attending to guestroom/public area work orders, replacing wall coverings as requested, and ensuring work areas are protected, clean, and up to standard. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in painting techniques, strong hands-on skills, and good communication abilities. The position is based in Mandarin Oriental, Sanya, within the Engineering Department, reporting to the Building Maintenance Supervisor.
