Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for repairs and maintenance of structures, electrical systems, plumbing, washers/dryers, and HVAC; perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork; install window shades and security locks; supervise students assigned to the maintenance department; perform preventative maintenance checks of buildings and equipment. Preference to those with plumbing license/certifications and/or painting experience; requires HS diploma or equivalent, 2 years related experience, and a valid driver's license.
