Job Summary
Perform in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new resident occupancy. Complete work orders for light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. Provide access to and supervise contractors as needed. Perform groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas. Update the Yardi mobile app and keep the Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager informed of work order status. Work 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation. Join a team supporting properties in Newport, Middletown, and Portsmouth, RI.
