Job Summary
Perform in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new resident occupancy. Complete work orders covering light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. Provide access to and supervise contractors as needed. Manage groundskeeping, snow removal, janitorial work, and maintenance of exterior and common areas. Update the Yardi mobile app and communicate project status to the team. Work 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation. Join a team of maintenance professionals supporting residential properties in Burlington, VT.
