Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new resident occupancy. Complete work orders covering light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. Provide access to and supervise contractors as needed. Perform groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas. Support properties in Nashua, NH and Manchester, NH as required. Full-time hours are 7:30 A.M.-3:30 P.M. Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation. Join a team of maintenance professionals at a community with 200 units of family housing managed by Maloney Properties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years Python experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
