Job Summary
Maintenance Technician needed to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting across commercial facilities. Responsibilities include repairing/installing doors and framing, maintaining plumbing fixtures, basic electrical troubleshooting and installations, surface preparation and painting, routine facility inspections, completing work orders and preventive maintenance, organizing tools and supplies, and communicating repair status to supervisors. Must read technical documents/blueprints, follow safety codes and company policies, and lift 50+ lbs; HVAC or related certifications are a plus. Full-time role with opportunities for advancement and training in a safe, supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience including hands-on work in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and manuals
- Basic understanding of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed
