Job Summary
Complete the turn/make ready process for vacant apartments and assist with maintenance work orders as needed. Maintain property grounds daily, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas, while collaborating with the team to keep the property running smoothly. Drive a golf cart and lift up to 75 lbs, working indoors and outdoors year-round. Participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with on-call pay. Requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and computer proficiency. Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
- No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified
