Job Summary
Maintenance Make Ready Technician for the summer season, performing turn/make-ready work on vacant apartments, assisting with maintenance work orders, and helping maintain property grounds and common areas as part of a collaborative team. Role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, problem-solving, and customer-service mindset. EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus but not required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) with optional rotating on-call duties; position runs through August with potential to convert to permanent based on performance. Locations include Grapevine, McKinney, and Fort Worth, TX.
