Job Summary
Troubleshoot and perform repairs for plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, including appliance installation. Complete resident service orders timely and maintain property exteriors for curb appeal. Adhere to OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws while assisting with additional duties as assigned. This role requires a minimum of one year of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong HVAC troubleshooting skills. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, multitask, and remain on-call for after-hours emergencies; a valid driver's license may be required. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems

- Valid driver's license
