Job Summary
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated production equipment using electro-mechanical skills; diagnose and repair PLCs, variable speed drives, pumps, motors, and power distribution systems; perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime; interpret schematics and manuals to identify and solve equipment issues; document maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS and support improvement projects; drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement with a goal of zero incidents; ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices; on-call time for facilities responsibilities during weekends when production is not in motion; contribute to uptime, reliability metrics, and maintenance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- +3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Maintenance certifications or coursework required
- Knowledge of electronic control systems and devices
