Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on systems, equipment, and grounds for our senior living community. Perform repairs on physical equipment including kitchen and laundry machinery, remove snow from walkways, trim bushes and trees, and assist with moving boxes, furniture, and room turnovers. Also assist with housekeeping as required. This role works 80 hours every two weeks including weekends and holidays.
