Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor repairs, and support room setups and minor renovations while adhering to safety and infection control standards. Ensure a secure, comfortable environment for clients and staff within behavioral health, housing, and family service programs as part of a mission-driven, client-centered team.
