Complete maintenance service requests, perform appliance repairs, handle emergency calls, clean grounds and common areas, and execute apartment turnovers. Manage all trades including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning systems across a 200+ unit property. Maintain a customer service attitude while working on an on-call rotation with reliable transportation required. Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year experience in apartment maintenance on 200+ unit property
