Maintenance Technician - Lucia at Aviara

This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders and preventative maintenance, performing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, scheduling vendors, managing inventories, maintaining documentation for service requests, assisting with grounds and facility upkeep (e.g., trash pickup, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage), supporting cost-control through efficient use of materials, and adhering to safety policies and OSHA-related requirements. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call, and occasional travel between properties as needed.
