Job Summary
Inspect vehicles for potential issues and report findings to the service manager. Maintain a clean and organized work area while operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist technicians with additional maintenance and repair tasks as needed, adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. This role offers paid training, hands-on experience, and opportunities for advancement within a growing organization. Candidates holding a Virginia State Inspection License may be considered for pay at the higher end of the $15.00 - $18.00 per hour range.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection
- Ability to operate and maintain hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or as a lube technician
- State Inspection License
